Hotel a Tonka Bay

“Breakfast was ok”

“Dusty , broken curtains rail , no parking at night time .”

“Pool area had no signage to tell where it was. Room door had broken latching mechanism curtains ripped with barely a touch. Towels are in a random closet instead of the bathroom, like use a towel bar or have a wall shelf or a shelf under the sink. Also charged $15+tax for parking?? Come on if you had all these problems and you then charge for parking, sad.”

“The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. No hangers available despite there being a rack in place.”

“The bed/room was great. The staff is excellent. The location is perfect for us.”

“There are electrical and plumbing issues, very noticeable in our room.”

“The staff is friendly the pools nice it’s quiet and location is convenient, bus line freeway entrance and exit access to shopping center within minutes over it was nice . Also have access to laundry . I’d stay there again .”

“I was disappointed in the fee for parking overnight. I expect that downtown but not that far out of the downtown area. They do charge for park and fly which is completely understandable but we were leaving in the am. I did not see this information when I was trying to decide on a hotel.”

“Navetta da e per aeroporto utile ma con 2$ si raggiunge comodamente l’hotel dall’aeroporto con il metro tram linea blu che passa ogni 5 minuti. Colazione non inclusa ma il ristorante dell’hotel offre un ottima colazione a prezzi decisamente alti. Offre anche pranzo e cena sempre a prezzi decisamente superiori alla media. Camera pulita e silenziosa anche se un pot datata.”

“Great hotel with amazing staff! We stayed with a dance competition group and had to be out the door at 6:45AM the next morning. The staff opened the hot breakfast up for us early so we could all eat something before we left! ”

“Change the shower situation I shouldn’t have to use a QR code to shower and I shouldn’t have to pay $10 a day for parking when I’m a guest”

“Oatmeal was mushed, better to make one’s own oatmeal from pre packaged ones!!! ”

“Nice location, close to the airport and Mall of America. Also, there is a wilderness preserve right across the street if you want to hit the trails, which was a pleasant surprise.”
